Profile has four sections: Business Information, Business License & Documents, Billing & Authorization, and Account.
Steps
- Business Information — company name, contact, phone, addresses, distributor type.
- License & Documents — upload your resale certificate or business license; the merchant reviews it.
- Billing & Authorization — payment method, credit terms, authorized buyer.
- Account — your photo, name, and login email.
Some fields require merchant approval. Saved changes show a Pending review badge until the merchant approves them.
