Steps
- Account owner — full access including billing and removing teammates.
- Manager— manage orders, team activity, and settings on visible stores.
- Editor — create and edit records, place orders.
- Viewer — read-only access to assigned pages, can export visible data.
Pick the most restrictive role that lets the person do their job. You can always upgrade later.
