Steps

  • First, check the tracking link on the order page for the latest carrier scan.
  • If it's been more than 2 business days past the estimated delivery, contact your merchant directly from the order page.
  • For carrier-side issues (lost in transit, damaged), the merchant files the claim — they have the shipping account.
