Deactivate or remove a distributor
Pause access without losing their order history.

Open the distributor's row, click the menu, and choose Deactivate. They lose portal access immediately, but every order, invoice, and audit log stays intact.
Deactivate first, delete only if you're sure. Deletion is permanent and removes the account record.
