Missing orders
Where to look when an order doesn't appear.

Steps
- Confirm you're on the right store via the sidebar switcher.
- Clear filters on the Orders page — Pending and Cancelled are often hidden.
- Check Settings → Store Logs to confirm the order webhook was received.
